Term And Conditions

A) The client agrees to keep Kaiyo Sushi Catering indemnified against all actions whatsoever - claims and demands, costs and expenses, suits and proceedings - arising out of injury or damage to any person or property as a result of the use of Kaiyo Sushi Catering. 

B) The client agrees to pay 50% of the total amount quoted by Kaiyo Sushi Catering as a deposit when the order is placed. The remaining balance payment and balances are due no later than the date of the Event. If any payment is not paid when due an unanticipated late fee of 20% will be added in addition with 6% APR monthly on the unpaid balance.

C)  The client may cancel event no later than 14 days prior to the event date. If client cancels the event or catering order prior to the event date, the deposit (50% of the total amount) will be non-refundable. If the client has already paid the total fee, only 50% the total amount will be refundable.

D) Delivering Kaiyo Sushi Catering orders: All delivery orders will be dropped at the location agreed on with the client during normal trading hours: 

• Seven days a week between 10am to 9pm. 

E) Kaiyo Sushi Catering delivery service: 
• Delivery location must be within the Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Renton, and Maple Valley, Tacoma 
• A minimum food platter spend of $400 is required. 25% service charge will be applied to all delivery services.  
• A standard $100 delivery fee applies to all deliveries. There will be an increased fee for orders outside of the aforementioned cities. Please contact us by email at kaiyosushicatering@gmail.com or by phone (425) 757-8660, and we will be happy to give you a quote. 

F) Crockery and glassware hire must be charged based on requirements

G) Any signed, written confirmation of the order or payment of the deposit/fees for Kaiyo Sushi Catering is an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

H) Orders/Events are not confirmed until we contact you


Acknowledgement and Agreement Terms:

I (We) authorize Kaiyo Sushi Catering to perform catering services, Private dinner, workshops and Omakase dinners and incur outside charges specified on the statement. I (We) acknowledge that I (We) have received an invoice/quote for any of the services mentioned above.
Full payments and balances are due no later than the date of the Event. If any payment is not paid when due an unanticipated late fee of 20% will be added in addition with 6% APR monthly on the unpaid balance.
I (We) have read (or been read) the above, accept and approve same, and jointly and severally agree to make the full and final payment. Receipt of invoice deposit of this statement is acknowledged.

Kaiyo management isclosely monitoring the situation for updates provided by Gov. Jay Inslee forthe Washington State Department of Health and CDC health guidelines.

We will continue toadhere to our strict health and hygiene policies and we will be taking extra precautionsto ensure a safe environment for all our customers and staff such as facecoverings as well as additional sanitisation processes and procedures to assistin minimising the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We appreciate and thankyou for your ongoing support during this time. All Kaiyo Sushi Catering venues and events are still trading and please don’t hesitate to contact the venue directly if you have any special booking requests.

We are taking the following steps to ensure health and safety of our customers and staff:

– Provide hand sanitizer for our staff.
– Actively monitor the health of kitchen and event staff.
– Increased delivery hygiene practices, including wipe down all doors, countertops surfaces, tables, chairs etc. frequently with alcohol sanitizer.
– Social distancing remains our top priority, to reduce the spread and risk of contracting the Coronavirus, there will be no handshaking or other physical contact allowed.
– Circulate regular safety and hygiene guidance and training to your staff and encourage them to follow medical advice should they have any concerns.
