Kaiyō Sushi Catering features Japanese American cuisine with sustainable seafood and local ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. From sushi to Asian fusion small plates, Kaiyō strives to accommodate guests of all palates with custom-tailored menus that are fresh and unique for any family celebrations or company events. Kaiyō menu is focused on chef driven sushi rolls sashimi and Japanese American small plates.

Learn MoreYou will learn the basics and craft of what goes into making sushi in a 2 hour session. The class will cover the style of rolling sushi and the ingredients: sushi rice, vinegar, nori, and fish.
Fresh ingredients will be provided for the selected rolls (total of 4 styles of rolls). Supplies will be provided: cutting board, sushi knife, and bamboo mat. Supplies can be purchased for an additional cost.
7day booking in advance is required. We can hold the class in your home or at a venue. Class is charged on an individual basis with a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 30guests. (Dining components can be added for an additional fee)
